A little friendly family competition never hurt anyone...

Two families.

Two teams.

One game.

Beavers = Jackie's family. Ducks = Brant's family.

As devoted children, we want to be sure our daughter is favored by both sets of grandparents. And so, we wait. Will the Beavers take the victory in tomorrow's civil war football game? Or will the Ducks take the win? Maddie is playing it safe and staying neutral. :)

  1. You are at risk of causing severe trauma to your child. She will grow up confused and unsure which side her bread is buttered on. Truly, a grandfathers wisdom is needed. Maddie, GET RID OF THE GREEN AND YELLOW FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!! THOSE COLORS MAKE YOU LOOK LIKE YOU WERE PUKED ON BY A HORSE!!! Now, this is advise that only age and experience can provide. Listen to me little girl. Your father has been brainwashed. The bible says the sins of the father..........

  2. Well, it has been decided! Maddie will continue to wear green and yellow and get rid of those orange outfits with their accompanying inferior complexes.
    Maybe Ellie should go for the green, too.
    We fully expect Maddie to arrive in Portland in her cute Duck outfit.
    Go ducks! #1
