Disney fun with Grandma and Grandpa

My parents took advantage of their trip lining up within the final window of our Disneyland annual passes being valid, and decided to make a day of memories at the happiest place on earth.  We always love going to the park with other people, and we made the most of this special day together!

Let's do this!

Such a happy crew, all bright-eyed and full of energy!

The sight we saw for the rest of the day...inseparable from Grandma and Grandpa. 

This was a bit of a monumental day.  Geoffrey and Maddie both rode on the Matterhorn for the very first time, as they had been saving it for this particular visit (that, and the fact Geoffrey was tall enough and Maddie was brave enough ;) ).

Geoffrey took a seat between Daddy and Grandma.

Maddie sat between me and Grandpa.  Both kids did great and have enjoyed the ride ever since!

We all piled into the log on Splash Mountain, and Geoffrey scored the backseat with Grandma.  The crazy thing about this spot: he sort of just "hangs out" next to the adult, with no seat in front of him to straddle!  He loves it, though!!

Our crew (with an extra guy in the middle) -- Maddie has reenacted this photo countless times, making sure to accurately depict both her's and Grandpa's facial expressions. 

They were soaked (and made sure to let us know)!

This was another monumental moment: Geoffrey's first ride on Space Mountain.  When we found out he was tall enough, he made it very clear that he wanted to wait until he could ride on it with Grandpa.  He was so brave, but shortly after this picture was taken and we began to walk into the building, he let go of Grandpa's hand and wanted me to carry him. :)  My little buddy was a rockstar, and even went for round two immediately after this first ride!  I'm so glad I've got one person in my little family who will do all the big roller-coasters with me!

I think I love my mom's face more than anyone else's!

We took a break from all the big rides and enjoyed a show in the Tiki Room.

The wildest ride in the wilderness!

Not too sure what's happening with the kids, but my folks and I look great! ;)  It wasn't the final ride of the night, but it was our last picture.  We stayed late, and enjoyed the electrical parade, too.  It was such a fun day!  No matter how many times we visit the park, it always manages to bring forth new adventures and great memories!!
