Probably the most endearing part of the entire evening was watching Ellie and Maddie play together. They ran around chasing each other, played tea party, read books, played peek-a-boo, and even enjoyed sharing a car seat in the living room together. To top it all off, they were adorned in their special matching outfits their Great-Grandma Erna gave them for Christmas. Super cute!! Some of the pictures are a little blurry, but were too cute not to post.

Gotta love that they love to look at books - even if one is more interested than the other... :)
This is how we get Maddie to pose/smile for the camera: "Maddie, where's your mouth?" She will look up at us and smile, to show us her mouth. Ellie heard the question and answered appropriately...by showing me her mouth. :)
