Saturday found us hanging out at Redondo Beach. We leisurely explored the pier, basked in the sunshine on the beach and had a fun lunch at Ruby's Diner.

Grandma Marty with our little sand baby! She loooved playing in the sand, far more than she did this last summer. She was content and could have stayed in that same spot for hours.
We ended our fun day with a little birthday celebration. Martha made new slip covers for my couch pillows. It was a wonderful surprise and I love the unique design she came up with, complete with coconut buttons! Thanks again, Martha!!
