Brant successfully completed his comprehensive exams on Friday, March 8th, and that evening, we went on a date to Disneyland - by ourselves!! No strollers, no packed snacks, no diapers. Just us, and it was
awesome! I didn't bring a camera (I know, you are relieved that you don't need to look at more pictures of yet another Disneyland trip. You're welcome.)
The next two days were filled with glorious family time, where, although exhausted, Brant devoted his time and energy into all three of us.
We went to Travel Town, in Griffith Park, on Saturday morning, where we rode the mini-train with the kids, followed by a fun pony ride for Maddie. It was a spontaneous decision to go, and a good one! We all had a great time, and were thrilled to have our main man back with us!
