Zoie's special trip to SoCal!

In early April, Brant's parents came for another visit to our neck of the woods.  This time, they brought a stowaway with them - Zoie!  (Okay, so she wasn't so much of a stowaway, as a highly anticipated guest. :) )

We had all kinds of fun activities planned for our weekend.  First up, we went to Travel Town, where the girls rode ponies and we all hopped on the little train.  Fun was had by all!

Jens, Deborah (Brant's cousin), and Caleb, came over for a special birthday dessert for Deborah.  It's so nice to have family that lives - literally - 3 miles from our place. :)

In honor of Zoie's first visit to Disneyland, and because one of her desires for the day was to obtain autographs, I bought both girls autograph books and pens.

Getting ready to ride Pirates! Seriously, this girl was pumped and eager to go on any ride we threw her way.  She was a rockstar all day, and had a truly magical visit!  Love that!!

Zoie went down Splash Mountain two times and loved it, despite what you see here. :)

Both girls loved meeting the princesses.  I even fell for them - it was that magical. :)

Maddie wore her Rapunzel dress, and Zoie wore Maddie's Pinkalicious dress.  They both looked so pretty.

Zoie, and her new best friend, Ariel.  No, really.  Ariel told Zoie to come by sometime, so they could share clothes because they were best friends.  It was ridiculously sweet, and she didn't stop talking about that precious moment.

While I was frantically searching the park and talking to Lost and Found (unsuccessfully), the girls ran into this guy.  It was a perfect way to end the day!

Thank you for coming to visit us, Zoie, Grandma Marty, and Grandpa Dale!  We always make such great memories!!
